I’m Bryan Peters and I run Gwynedd Restoration. I’ve 40 years experience in the building trade and started out working with stone, learning from experienced stonemasons. Over those years I’ve built a reputation in Gwynedd for the quality of my work and that reputation is important to me and your guarantee of quality.
I know that every job is important whether it be a full house restoration or a garden path. A path might not be as challenging as rebuilding a derelict stone built house but it’s just as important to the customer.
The Building Team
Over the years I’ve built a network of tradesmen and specialists whose quality I am sure of that I call upon according to needs of the project. This includes roofers, plasterers, electricians, plumbers and carpenters. Whatever the project requires, we have the skill to handle the task.
This is why we can take on such a range of different jobs and produce results that both we and our customer will be happy with and proud of.
Fair Pricing
We offer free estimates and quotations.
I can’t guarantee to be the lowest price, although I often am, but cheap works often turn out to be the most expensive. Many times we’re asked to put cowboy builder works right and sadly for the customer sometimes the only way to do that is to start again.
What I do guarantee is to give you my honest advice about the options available and a fair price that enables me to do a good job without cutting corners.
How I work
I know some builders turn up, make a start and then vanish for days on end to another job leaving customers in a mess for far longer than they need be. I don’t do that. I’ll arrange a date with you and then stay on site until your job is done before moving on to the next (weather permitting).
I’ll keep mess and disruption down to the minimum and clear up after the job is finished, removing all rubbish from site.
